Delete your account.
You're in control of your data. Request permanent deletion of your Zenzo Connect account at any time — no questions asked.
Delete from inside the app
- 1. Open Zenzo Connect on iOS or Android.
- 2. Tap your Profile → Settings.
- 3. Scroll to Account → Delete account.
- 4. Confirm with your password or one-time code.
Don't have access to the app anymore? Use the email request form on the right.
Request deletion by email
Send a deletion request to privacy@zenzoconnect.com — we'll verify and process within 30 days.
What gets deleted
- Your profile, photo, bio, and contact details
- Posts, stories, comments, and reactions
- Direct messages you sent (copies in recipients' inboxes may remain)
- Group and event memberships
- Business listings owned by your account
- Saved searches, preferences, and notification settings
What we may retain (and why)
- Transaction and payment records — required by law for up to 7 years
- Anonymized analytics that no longer identify you
- Records needed to comply with legal requests, fraud prevention, or safety investigations
- Backups, which are purged on a rolling 90-day cycle
How long it takes
- In-app deletion: account disabled immediately, data purged within 30 days
- Email request: verified and processed within 30 days
- Backup purge: completed within 90 days
Need only some data removed?
You can adjust privacy settings, delete individual posts, or leave communities without closing your account. Email privacy@zenzoconnect.com for partial data requests.
